Our next meeting is scheduled for

at 10:00. at  The American Legion Post  1. This will be an In Person Meeting. We will also Zoom the meeting for everyone that can't be there in person.

No meetings occurred for March and April due to the pandemic.


We normally hold meetings once a month, on the third Wednesday of the month, at 10:00 am at American Legion Post #1, I-25 and Yale Avenue.  We occasionally change venues, so contact us at the address below to verify dates, times and location. This year we will be meeting each month including the month of December . Normally the National Annual Reunion is held in July but this year it has tentatively moved to August.  The National Reunion is being planned for Charlotte, NC.The museum committee will meet periodically to continue categorizing inventory and developing additional displays.

Wings Over The Rockies-Cockpit Demo Days 2nd Saturday of each month,10am to 2pm. You can visit "Sweet Suoix" ,The Huey Gunship of "GunShip Ministries", that was donated by Col Bill McPherson, at the WOR Museum.  Check with the Museum before you go to be sure it is open.

Recent meeting attendees: Held at Post 1

of the American Legion at Yale and the I-25, on October, 2018.  Good turn out for meeting and lunch.

Take a look at past After Action reports of each event to read the details. Volunteer docents at the events usually receive more back than what they put in. Training and lunch are provided. Try it out.

  The High Plains Honor Flight is now accepting applications for all Vietnam Veterans as well as WWII, and Korea. First flight was held on September 15, 2019.  Rocky Mountain Chapter hosts the return flight to Denver at Signature Flight Support at DIA.  Vietnam Veteran applications are being accepted.

The  Arlington National Cemetery Crewmembers Memorial placement is now available for viewing. Thanks to all of you who supported this project.
